1. Corteva, Globachem Enter into Definitive Agreement to Form a Joint Venture to Advance Development, Commercialization of New Formulated Crop Protection Solutions - GlobaChem

Corteva and Globachem signed a joint venture to develop, register and commercialize newly formulated crop protection products for Europe and the Americas. The JV is going to be independently operated and will work with late-pipeline and commercial-stage technology contributed by both Corteva and Globachem. Either company can sell the end products through existing channels. The first launches are expected in the early 2030s.
