1. Antitrust Pressure Builds Across Fertilizer and Crop Protection

Fertilizer concentration data (Nutrien plus Mosaic at 89% for example of North American potash) alongside Bayer’s new GMO corn antitrust suit and the active FTC v. Syngenta/Corteva loyalty case.

2. Elbit Systems’ FUSE Acquires Blue White Robotics

A defense-sector exit for an ag autonomy company. The logic seemingly mirrors Caterpillar acquiring Monarch: autonomous functionality trained in the highly variable ag environment carries cross-sector value. Blue White had logged 100,000+ retrofit hours across ag and defense and raised $89M; terms undisclosed.

3. Corteva Names Seed Spinoff: Vylor

Corteva’s Seed spinoff finally has a name.

4. Suterra Acquires Vestaron’s R&D Assets and Product Lines

Suterra, a division of The Wonderful Company, acquired Vestaron’s peptide insecticide pipeline.

5. SugaROx Raises £2.5M from The Mosaic Company (Series A)

Mosaic backs SugaROx’s trehalose-6-phosphate (T6P) biostimulant platform. SugaROx, with Mosaic, sits where chemistry, biology and nutrition converge.

6. Kubota Tests UV-C Machines as a Crop Protection Alternative

Kubota is developing UV-C light systems for in-field disease and fungal control, with claimed three-to-seven-pass programs and adjacencies in frost and drought resilience (‘UV boosting’). Sits alongside Uviquity and others in a quietly growing non-chemical disease control category.

7. FMC to Divest India Commercial Business to Crystal Crop Protection ($252M)

FMC delivers on roughly a quarter of its balance-sheet repair target with a $252M India sale to Crystal Crop Protection, a Delhi-headquartered, family-controlled agrochem with $320M in revenue. The sale has been discussed for almost a year, and has now closed. Related: Who Acquires FMC?

8. SKK Holdings to Acquire Rantizo Drone Assets in $258.8M Deal

A reverse-merger-shaped transaction. Singapore civil engineering firm SKK Holdings acquires Rantizo’s drone assets (the brand retained after the split from American Autonomy and AcreConnect) at $258.8M, paid almost entirely in newly issued shares, with a concurrent $10M PIPE.

9. Pymwymic Invests in Dimensions Agri Technologies

European impact fund Pymwymic backs Dimensions Agri Technologies. Adds to a quietly active stretch for European agtech capital allocation and a continued signaling that climate-aligned funds see precision agronomy as part of the impact thesis.
